Almira opens Dubai Branch at Business Bay

Dubai, 1 April 2025. Almira Real Estate has inaugurated its full-service branch at Business Bay, marking the firm's first permanent presence in Dubai and reflecting the growing demand from the international investor community based within the district.

The Dubai office will operate as a dedicated advisory center, providing access to primary market opportunities across Dubai's prime communities, off-plan developments, and cross-emirate investment strategies for clients building or managing portfolios in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Business Bay was selected for its unique concentration of private wealth, institutional finance, and leading legal and advisory firms, the very community from which a significant share of Almira's Dubai-based enquiries originates.
