Abu Dhabi, 3 February 2026 — Almira Real Estate and Aldar Properties today announced a formal partnership to deliver a structured secondary-market resale and handover advisory programme across Aldar's Saadiyat Island residential portfolio.
The programme covers units at Saadiyat Beach Residences and HIDD Al Saadiyat approaching completion, providing owners with a dedicated advisory team for resale strategy, comparative market valuation, and handover walk-throughs. Almira will also manage short-list introductions for prospective buyers entering the secondary market from outside the UAE.
The partnership reflects growing demand from Aldar's international client base for post-completion support that extends beyond the developer's own remit — particularly for GCC investors and non-resident buyers who require on-the-ground representation at handover.
