Almira partners with Aldar on Saadiyat handover programme

Abu Dhabi, 3 February 2026, Almira Real Estate and Aldar Properties have announced a strategic partnership to deliver a structured secondary market resale and handover advisory programme across Aldar's residential portfolio on Saadiyat Island.

The programme will support homeowners with properties approaching completion, including residences at Saadiyat Beach Residences and HIDD Al Saadiyat, by providing dedicated advisory services for resale strategy, comparative market valuations, and handover inspections. Almira will also facilitate introductions between sellers and qualified buyers entering the UAE's secondary market, including international investors.

The partnership reflects the growing demand for post-completion advisory services that extend beyond the developer's remit, particularly among GCC investors and international buyers who require trusted representation throughout the handover process.
