Almira unveils Sama Yas, flagship Yas Island development

Abu Dhabi, 15 December 2025, Almira Real Estate has been appointed the exclusive sales partner for Sama Yas, a landmark 850-unit waterfront master-planned community located on the southern shore of Yas Island.
