Demonstrable track record of closed transactions, with verifiable references from past clients and employer.
Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are an advantage in the Abu Dhabi market.
Deep familiarity with Abu Dhabi DLD processes, ADDA regulations, and off-plan escrow mechanics.
Existing client relationships in the Abu Dhabi residential market are a significant advantage.
